Q.1) I have not received the account activation email/I accidentally deleted my email. How do I create my account?

Please check your spam folder in case the email did not reach your inbox. In case that you still haven’t received the email then you can register yourself at zoojoo.be by using your official email id at https://www.appzoojoo.be/auth/user_registration . We will send you a new activation email as soon as you register on the above link.

Q.2) I tried to register at the above link but still haven’t got the email.

If the emails are not reaching you then please mail us directly at support@zoojoo.be We will do the following:

  1. Send you the account activation link within 24 hours, so that you can get started without delay.
  2. Check with your IT team to remove any specific filters that prevent zoojoo.be emails from getting delivered to your inbox. This will ensure that you will receive all the future emails sent from us.

Q.3) I am unable to access the website/cannot view the site properly on my browser.

Zoojoo.be works best on Chrome, Firefox or IE10. It cannot be accessed on IE versions 9 and below.

Q.04) I registered with zoojoo.be but forgot my password.

Please go to https://www.appzoojoo.be/auth/forgot_password and type your work email address, we will send an email using which you can reset your password.

Q.05) How do I control privacy setting of the Habits I take?

Once you choose a habit, you will get a popup to set your goal. In the bottom left of this popup, you have the option to change your privacy setting. By default, the privacy setting is set to “Friend”. Please see the image below for more info.

Q.06) How can I add more Habits?

Once you go to the Gameboard, you will see a “+” button, please click on it to add more habits. You can add only a maximum of 10 habits at any time. Please see the image below for more info.

Q.07) How do I remove a Habit?

Once you to the Gameboard, navigate to the habit that you want to remove. Click the more options UI (3 vertical dots) and you will find the option to quit/remove a habit. Please see the image below for more info.

Q.08) How do I stop receiving emails from zoojoobe?

You can unsubscribe from zoojoobe emails by changing your email notification settings. Please see the image below for more info

Q.09) What is Mobile activation number?

It is a one time password (OTP) that you receive via email when you signup, which grants access to the zoojoobe mobile app. This is a security measure that we take to make sure that no one else gets access to your data in zoojoobe.

Q.10) Do my habit buddies have access to all my activity?

No. Habit buddies will only receive notifications if you are sailing through on your goals or falling behind. They will not receive any other information regarding this habit you share or other habits where they are not your buddies.

Q.11) Is there a limit to the number of people that can be added to a group?

No, there is no limit. You can add as many people as you want.

Q.12) I did not get my Mobile activation number. What should I do?

Q.13) Is all this data confidential?

Yes, all data entered by you on the zoojoo.be platform is confidential.

Q.14) Can my family access zoojoo.be?

We are sorry about this but right now zoojoo.be is restricted only to employees of your organization. Your friends and family will not be able to create an account in zoojoobe.

Q.15) Why am I requested for my lifestyle and medical condition?

We create your Health Risk report based on the data you provide. We also use this data to recommend habits to you.

Q.16) How is my healthscape report created?

We have a prediction algorithm that uses the information you provide to predict your health risks in the future.

Q.17) What does X percentage risk in the next 10 years in my Healthscape mean?

It’s the probability of you having a heart attack in the next 10 years. Lower the number, the better it is for you.

Q.18) How does the risk of hypertension graph in Healthscape mean?

It represents your risk of hypertension in the next 1-4 years

Q.19) How does the risk of diabetes stats work?

It predicts the risk of diabetes for you, as well as the average risk among people of the same age group.

Q.20) How do I install the mobile app?

The zoojoo.be mobile app is downloadable from both Playstore (Android) and the Apple Store (iOS). You can download it as required. Please use the links below if you wish.
