With Woman’s day around the corner, we had the privilege to have an interview with her.We got to know more about her and finding out how she perfectly juggles between personal and professional life; all this while keeping her fit and healthy.

 

1.Tell us a little about yourself and your role in your organisation?

I am an enthusiastic and full of life Mindtree mind. My hobbies include sketching and occasional travelling.Currently, I am working as a software engineer in Mindtree and its my pleasure to start my career with a company like Mindtree.

2. What’s your typical day like?

I usually wake up around 7 and I prepare my own breakfast and lunch everyday. I reach office by 9 and then try to give my best in whatever work is assigned to me. Apart from this, I always ensure that I help my team members and can build a good professional relation with them. I usually leave office around 7PM and prepare my dinner everyday too! This is followed by talking to my parents and a few of my friends over phone and looking up for new tech trends on the internet before I am off to sleep.

3. What does Work-life balance mean to you? And what effort does it require from your end to strike that perfect balance?

Work-life balance means professional work should be done accurately and on time followed by balanced personal life. To me, personal and professional lives are mutually exclusive and one should never let these both overlap as much as possible.
4. What’s your secret in striking that balance?

I always try to segregate my personal and professional life and balance both of them simultaneously. Once I enter inside my office campus, I put my professional self in front leaving behind all anxieties of my personal life. And I usually don’t take back my office work to home. Atleast the anxieties.
This is my funda for striking work-life balance.

5. What’s your favourite health and wellness activity? And why!?

My favourite health and wellness activity is my routine morning exercises I also live as stress-free as possible.Afterall, ‘A healthy mind dwells in a healthy body’.
