    I am a fitness freak, I attend my Zumba classes regularly, and I am a solo traveler. If you google my name, you will find a few articles about me.


  1. What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess? 

    Everyone should be strong and fit. I don’t follow my fitness routine just to fit in my little black dress. Its all about how much stamina I have, or how strong I am. My completion is only against myself. I plan to build a better version of me.


  1. What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share? 

    Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment. Maintaining work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent any burnout in the workplace. By creating a work environment that prioritizes work-life balance, employers can save money and maintain a healthier, more productive workforce

    They are really good and helpful.

    My goals are to be fitter and stronger than before.
