Q.01) I have not received the account activation email. How do I create my account?

Please check your spam folder in case the email did not reach your inbox. In case that you still haven’t received the email then you can register yourself at zoojoo.be by using your official email id at https://www.appzoojoo.be/auth/user_registration. We will send you a new activation email as soon as you register on the above link.

Q.02) I tried to register at the above link but still haven’t got the email.

If the emails are not reaching you then please mail us directly at support@zoojoo.be. We will do the following:

  1. Send you the account activation link within 24 hours, so that you can get started without delay.
  2. Check with your IT team to remove any specific filters that prevent zoojoo.be emails from getting delivered to your inbox. This will ensure that you will receive all the future emails sent from us.

Q.03) I registered with zoojoo.be but forgot my password.

Please go to https://www.appzoojoo.be/auth/forgot_password and type your work email address, we will send an email using which you can reset your password.

Q.04) How do I control privacy setting of the Habits I take?

Once you choose a habit, you will get a popup to set your goal. In the bottom left of this popup, you have the option to change your privacy setting. By default, the privacy setting is set to “Friend”. Please see the image below for more info.

Q.05) How can I add more Habits?

Once you go to the Gameboard, you will see a “+” button, please click on it to add more habits. You can add only a maximum of 10 habits at any time. Please see the image below for more info

Q.06) How do I remove a Habit?

Once you to the Gameboard, navigate to the habit that you want to remove. Click the more options UI (3 vertical dots) and you will find the option to quit/remove a habit. Please see the image below for more info

Q.07) How do I stop receiving emails from zoojoobe?

You can unsubscribe from zoojoobe emails by changing your email notification settings. Please see the image below for more info

Q.08) What is Mobile activation number?

It is a one time password (OTP) that you receive via email when you signup, which grants access to the zoojoobe mobile app. This is a security measure that we take to make sure that no one else gets access to your data in zoojoobe.

Q.09) I did not get my Mobile activation number. What should I do?

We will send you a new activation email as soon as you register on the above link. You can create your account in the web and sign into the mobile app using your credentials.

Q.10) Can my family access the portal and what feature can they use?

The portal can be accessed only by you and other employees of your organization. You can, however, use the Dr. Insta feature on the platform to schedule a free appointment with a doctor, for your family. Please refer to Q.19 for full instructions.

Q.11) How is the habit score calculated?

Habit score is calculated based on our proprietory algorithm. Number of days left to form a habit is calculated using predictive analysis based on your past behavior and how consistent you have been in doing the activities. 

Q.12) Is the data confidential?

Yes, all data is strictly confidential.

Q.13) I’m unable to add a friend in my habit journey?

Once you have taken up a habit, you will be able to add your buddy to join with you. Here are the instructions.

  • Go to your Gameboard.
  • Scroll down to the habit buddies section.
  • Click on Add Buddy. Type your friend’s email id and click on Add Buddy. Please see the image below for more information

Q.15) Is there a limit to the number of people that can be added to a group?

No, there is no limit. You can add as many people as you want.

Q.16) How do I install the mobile app?

You can install the zoojoo.be mobile app from Play Store and iOS.

Q.17) Can I integrate wearables?

Yes, you can integrate wearables if they have GoogleFit and Runkeeper. Please click on the more button on the top right. Click the “Apps & Devices” tab.

Q.18) Which browsers are recommended for this?

The application is best experienced on Chrome and Firefox.

Q.19) How can I do video consultation?

Please click on the more button on the top right. Click “Online consultation” from the drop down menu.
