  1. Tell us something fun and unique about yourself. 

I am a Sports Enthusiast and someone who loves to play and try a new sport when I get an opportunity. Sports makes me passionate and drive me ahead and it helps me get away from the routine. I have taken part in a few 5K and 10K marathons and have relished the challenge of bettering on my previous performance in each of them.

  1. What is your health goal?

My Health goal is to keep improving on my overall fitness levels by maintaining an ideal weight, eating healthy and staying active.

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how well would you rate your habits?

I am consistent with maintaining healthy habits that I have developed over time and would like to be near the 100% mark. I rate myself 8/10.

  1. Who is your greatest inspiration in life, and why?

Former President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam for his simplicity and vision for our country. He truly was a Genius and somebody who inspires.

Also, Former Indian Cricket captain Rahul Dravid for his Hard Work and humility. He truly is a gentleman and the right role model for somebody who believes and values hard work and consistency.

  1. How is helping you with your health goals? has been the perfect health partner to me. To me, it’s a platform which not only helps develop and monitor healthy habits but also a source for interesting articles and blogs related to health. Mindfulness Foundation and Energizer courses are very relaxing and something I need after a very tiring day.
