  1. Tell us something fun and unique about yourself. 

My name is Madhur and I love to visit generally unexplored places, to explore them all by myself. I would always like to stay fit so that I can reach out to those corners of the world where the reach of the general population is less.

  1. What is your health goal?

 My health goal is to stay rejuvenated since fitness can heal you the best way. Fitness helps you cope up with the daily dose of work pressure and make you better.

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how well would you rate your habits?

 I would rate my habits to be 9 out of 10. Since one additional effort is always required to reach the excellence.

  1. Who is your greatest inspiration in life, and why?

The greatest inspiration for me is not just one person. Anyone who is working hard towards making his dreams a reality is my inspiration.

  1. How is helping you with your health goals? is smart and all the reminders I get throughout the day keep me motivated and prepared. The small exercises for breathing are excellent. I just loved those.
