    When no one is watching, I dance like crazy around the house!


  1. What is your health goal?        

        To lose 5-6 lbs, to tone my core muscles and have flat abs!

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how well would you rate your habits?  

    oh, maybe 4-5.


  1. Who is your greatest inspiration in life, and why?

    Oh, this one is hard. I guess it would be my family (and my dog).


  1. How is helping you with your health goals?

    I get to choose what habit I want to concentrate on, I can track and monitor my progress, and I can unwind using the guided sessions.
