            I am good at observing people’s behavior and being able to know more about their personality based on their behaviour.

                My health goal is to reduce my extra weight so I can be fit and active.

             I rate myself 7 out of 10.   

  1. Who is your greatest inspiration in life, and why?

            My Greatest Inspiration in life is Swami Vivekananda. He is the only person who has shown practically that a fit body needs a fit mind.

  1. How is helping you with your health goals?

       has helped me to reach my goals by alerting me on my everyday tasks through emails. This app is very user-friendly too!
