Five for Five. Five questions, five minutes. Say hello to these inspirational individuals as they give us a quick view of their awesome life.

Today, we are glad to feature  Ginlunmang Simte from Tesco.

1 .Tell us something fun and unique about yourself.

I love traveling and being outdoors. Having the time to communicate with Seniors/Elders and Kids at least once a week gives me immense joy to learn from the experience from the former and the innocence and simplicity from the latter. I love to take challenges – a full brown Gemini, a lover not a fighter.

2. What is your health goal?

I have changed my eating habits quite profoundly in the past one year. I have become a half vegan (I eat only fish now) from a hardcore non-vegan. But I can see a lot of changes in my body & I have lost 5 kilos in the past year (from 71 kgs to 66 kgs at the moment)

3.  On a scale of 1-10, how well would you rate your habits?

I really love and enjoy my eating habits right now, they are light, healthy,  & my body is revitalized by drinking lots of water as well.

4 .Who is your greatest inspiration in life, and why?

My greatest inspiration in life is my mother. She is the one who shows me the right path to my eating habits & really cares about my mental and physical well-being. My mother, being a widow from an early age, trained me on how to cook, to be courageous and be kind no matter how hard the situation is. She taught me the true meaning of love & She keeps me grounded.

5.  How is helping you with your health goals? is a very interesting concept. I never felt that I would stick to my eating habits. Initially, I was not sure if I could skip any fried and junk food because I always love fried food – but now I am 100% confident that I can go without the temptation of fried and junk foods every day. I did encourage my colleague to take up the challenge as well since reminds me that a healthy lifestyle is the only thing that matters at the end of the day. Now, I am 5 kilos lighter and love my body more to not indulge in fried and junk foods henceforth. Thank you for being a guide to me & you are awesome to help me overcome my fear of eating unhealthy & junk food.
