1. Tell us something fun and interesting about yourself.

 

I’m a fun-loving, social, happy person. I love to stay active! I enjoy dancing, organizing events, beach time and long drives through scenic places :). And it’s when I spend time with family, I feel a day should have more than 24 hours in it!!



2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?

 

I believe work-life balance is highly important not only for one’s health and personal relationships but also for better work performance.

I start my day with 15 minutes of meditation followed by 30 minutes walk. This keeps me happy and energized throughout the day. At work, I start with a to-do list, prioritize my to-dos and stick to it. I try to find better and faster ways of performing at my work. I make use of my annual leaves to recharge myself.


3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?

 

I believe that being fit is not an option. It’s a must!! I would like to stay fit to enjoy life to the fullest. Zoojoobe is a great wellness platform that has been helping me to not only form healthy habits but also to stay on track with them. The app is user-friendly too. The best part is it’s game based! Love the way they come up with the fun-filled wellness challenges.
