As requested, In below lines I will be sharing my experience of being with Zoojoobe…
- Tell us few interesting things about yourself
I am a health conscious person who is very interested in spreading health awareness to all around me. But making ourselves a commitment with is what matters on daily a basis.
- What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess?
I Walk 3 times a day for at least half an hour & I also spare time for physical activities (Like Yoga/breathing exercises /stretching exercises / Body weight exercises)
I Keep myself hydrated by drinking water. I get notifications once in half hour from Zoojoobe.
I finish my dinner eat at least 3 hrs before sleep. I try to go electronic media-free at least 2 hours before sleep, and maintain 8 hrs of sleep in a dark cool room with regular bed and wake-up times.
I have been trying to have a balanced diet daily with small meals every hour and i maintain my food habits as mentioned in Ayurveda.
- What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share?
“Life is not only for work; It is merely to experience & enjoy. But, work is to sustain life in a better-polished way”.
- How are zoojoobe’s Desktop Group Activities and webinars doing so far? Any suggestions?
It is at its best according to me, Some more participation from employee side would be much better.
- What are your goals for the year 2018?
Increase Body muscle, in upper & lower back region thus help to give some support to my spine, which would support me in my old age.
