1. Tell us a few interesting things about yourself. 


I’m basically a fitness enthusiast. Would be ready to deal with inner and outer situations in a positive manner psychologically and physically which suits best to the time. I’m a learner of new things.

2. What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess?

Firstly, thinking and responding positively to every situation that comes to my notice is the best habit I possess.  Also, getting 8 hours of sleep, going out and spending with nature, spending time with loved ones are all a part of my habit list.

3. What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share?

As mentioned earlier, I will spend a good amount of time with family, nature and sleep well daily. I think these are some of the habits to follow for anyone that wants to maintain work-life balance.

4. How are zoojoobe’s Desktop Group Activities and webinars doing so far? Any suggestions?

I find Zoojoobe as an extraordinary platform to start and improve one’s life. Keep it up. Great job.

5. What are your goals for the year 2019?

Along with keeping track of/improving existing ones, I need to focus on doing Yoga with team/friend rather than alone.

6. How has Zoojoobe helped you? How can we help you make your experience with Zoojoobe better? 

It became my daily part of activities/habits that I wanted to do to reach a new level.
