2. What in your opinion is the idea of a healthy mind and body? What are the habits that you pursue to ensure a good mind-body balance?
 The mind should be clear first. We should often take deep breaths,  walk regularly and eat healthy to stay fit.

3. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance?
My main principle is to leave the work tension at the office and leave domestic issues at home. I don’t mix them and that helps me keep the balance.

5. How is Zoojoobe helping you with your health and wellness goals? What can we do better?
The daily reminders from Zoojoobe help me a lot to keep up with my habits. I am following them rigorously with. So far, it has been good and I’m looking forward to more mindfulness sessions.
