My top habits are :
Drink plenty of Water (4-6 liters/day)
Use the Stairs
Hit the gym every day


2. How do you ensure that you follow your habits regularly? Any advice for our readers?


I follow my habits regularly with my self-discipline and of course, the Zoojoobee app has been very helpful. 


3. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?


Always have a line drawn between the tasks at home and those at the office. Do not mix either of them and that will give you the right balance.
