Meet an athletic, enthusiastic

  1. Tell us a few interesting things about yourself.
     

I’m a person with multiple interests and hobbies. I like to play football, video games, occasionally play the guitar and I can sketch too, I love traveling to different places and going on adventures regularly.

  1. What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess?

    Taking out time to play sports to maintain my stamina, improve my endurance, and immunity along with a good diet are what helps me keep a healthy body and mind. So, the top spot goes to my sports and diet.

     

     

  2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance?

    In a busy lifestyle that everyone is living in these days, finding a perfect balance between life and work has become so hard. To achieve the right balance, one must think of him/herself as humans more often than a machine. One must Be more human and less machine to get that perfect balance. Live laugh, play, have fun, make mistakes from time to time, and don’t get too involved in anything that doesn’t give time to do what you love.

     

     

  3. What are your health goals?

    There is only one health goal for me. That is to “Stay Fit”. Because helps avoid other bad habits. They are no smoking ever, avoid fried food, take out time to play sports, Meditate, eat healthy and more. 

     

  4. How is Zoojoobe helping you with your health and wellness goals? What can we do better?

    Zoojoobe is helping me a lot. The remainders help me keep up with any new habit I’ve formed. Mindfulness helps us keep a healthy mind. The articles on food, fitness, yoga, meditation, dos and don’ts in our daily life are very informative.
