2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?

 

I always use the staircase and avoid the lift. I sleep for 8 hours a day and play table tennis regularly.

 

 

3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?

 

Zoojoobe has helped me find new and unique ways of staying healthy. An example would be rotating arms once every 30 minutes. Even though we knew it would be beneficial, we never knew that we need to do it regularly. This has improved flexibility on my wrists and arms.
