I am a fun loving guy who cracks jokes at work making the mood of the place happier and lighter. 

 

 

2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?

 

I daily go for a morning jog and do some stretching exercises so that the day will be awesome and energetic. 

 

 

3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?

 

Zoojoobe has done a great job of giving us healthy options for practices that can be taken up as habits. The habit of standing up and touching the toe regularly has helped me a lot.
