I am a software engineer with  “9 hours a day” desk job. I am a foodie too. 



2. What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess?

       Picking up habits like “Green Tea rather than normal Tea”, “No to Oily/Fast foods”, “Healthy Breakfast”, “Daily Morning Exercise” and “proper Sleep”  has been very helpful. This makes my life healthier and better. 


3. What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share?


Morning exercises, green tea and daily post-meal walks have helped me control my weight and gain a balance in life. 


4. How are zoojoobe’s Desktop Group Activities and webinars doing so far? Any suggestions?


 Zoojoobe’s Desktop Group Activities motivated me to make a to-do list and complete my tasks on time. 


5. What are your goals for the year 2018?


My Goal is to reduce 10 Kg from my current weight. So far, I’m half done and excited to complete it. 

6. How has Zoojoobe helped you? How can we help you make your experience with Zoojoobe better?


I joined my current company as a fresher. As a student, I wasn’t very health conscious.

Post joining my company, I gained approximately 5 kg weight within 6 months. After which I started following the Zoojoobe guidelines and tried to control my weight by taking up healthier habits.

As a result, I started losing weight gradually.  Now, it feels fresh and great like never before. Zoojoobe Helped me a lot in tracking my habits. The mobile app reminds me to do my tasks on time.  “Mindfulness” and “Resources” are great sections to explore.
