I am very health conscious and that’s where I ended up liking Zoojoobe so much. I follow this app on a regular basis.


2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?


Work out, meditation and a healthy diet help me to concentrate as we and enjoy my work.
Coming office on time and leaving to the office on time without any pendency is how I find the balance and time for my daily chores.



3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?


I always wish to feel youthful and maintain a healthy bodyweight. About zoojoobe, 
the mindfulness sessions and articles on health and wellness have inspired me the most. And, of course, the habits I have chosen have helped and motivated me too.
