My goal for 2019 is to be healthy and fit

2. What in your opinion is the idea of healthy mind and body? What are the habits that you pursue to ensure a good mind-body balance?

 

Everyday workout, not taking too much stress, traveling, spending time with positive minded people and reading books are the activities that keep my mind and body balanced.

3. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance?

 

According to me, work-life balance is nothing but enjoying the job that we are doing, we never should feel that we are doing something for us and we should feel that freedom.
