2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?


I think leaving work-related issues at the office really helps. Managing between important and urgent things also helps a lot in prioritizing the tasks for the day. 


3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?


My health goals are to drink more water and to take out half an hour a day to exercise. I begin my day with these. Zoojoobee has helped me a lot in improving my health. I have been getting timely reminders from it on keeping up my habits. Also, the articles are very interesting to read through between the work.
