 I am a simple person who finds joy in the smallest of things.


2.  What has been your greatest achievement in terms of health and wellness? 

I was under a lot of stress at the start of last year because of various reasons. I was depressed and binge eating was my way of putting up with stress. With the help of Zoojoo.be, I curbed some of my unhealthy habits and have come a long way from depression.

 

  1. What is your health goal for this year?

 I want to shed off some kilos and I wish to learn a new sport

 

  1. How is Zoojoo.be helping you in your everyday life? Any suggestions?

My day starts by updating Zoojoo.be, which I think is a great way to remind myself about my commitment to stay happy and healthy. I really like the Mindfulness sessions as they really work for me.
