In this interview, we are glad to feature Karthik Seetharaman from Mindtree.

  1. Tell us about yourself.

 I am a softspoken guy. I am very passionate about health, fitness and healthy habits.

  1. How do you define being healthy?

     Healthy to me means having a good mindset. It also involves taking the right quantity and quality of food at the right time.

  1. Did you practice eye exercises before or was this the first time?

      When I joined yoga classes for the first time, i was used to some eye exercises. But, in this eye exercise session, I was able to know different types of eye exercises and their benefits.

  1. Do you think we need to do more relaxation exercises of this kind?

    Yes. These type of sessions will be very helpful for us. Since we may miss our daily exercises due to our hectic work, these sessions will do good to our health. 1-2 sessions a week would be ideal.

  1. On a scale of 1-10, how do you rate our session?

                 10 is what i would rate your eye exercise session.

  1. Would you recommend this exercise to your friends?

           Yes, definitely.

  1. How is helping you? Any suggestions about are welcome. is providing me the knowledge about good and healthy habits. But, due to our busy work schedule, we may neglect some of the important tips like sitting postures. This can lead to unforeseen problems in the future. A session about how to sit and work at the desk will be very helpful.
