1. Tell us something fun and interesting about yourself. What is your wellness goal for 2019?


The funniest answer could be “i don’t know”. But yeah, that’s what could be the interesting part as well. Never say no for food that you love but never say you are not well because of the food that you had. Good food makes the brain shine and ends the day well.



2. What in your opinion is the idea of healthy mind and body? What are the habits that you pursue to ensure a good mind-body balance?


Working on your ideas makes the mind fit and working on your parts makes the body fit. Fix the bolts strongly! Never give-up on workouts and that makes you fit mentally and physically



3.What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance?


If I’m hesitating enough to think about my personal stuff at work and work related stuff at home, that means I’m having a good work life balance. Never let any of them steal the other’s show.
