2. What in your opinion is the idea of a healthy mind and body? What are the habits that you pursue to ensure a good mind-body balance?
The idea of a healthy mind and body: It really is important for each individual to keep themselves self-motivated, fit and fresh. I like to take short breaks and do desk exercises which help me to concentrate more on work in an effective manner. Running and Trekking are the other things which help me in having good mind-body balance.
3. How often do you take power breaks at work? Has the Deskercise challenge helped you beat a sedentary lifestyle?
Usually, I prefer to take power breaks once in 90 min at work which help me focus effectively. Deskercise challenge has really helped me to beat my sedentary lifestyle and I would love to continue it for my betterment.
4. What is your wellness goal for the year 2019? How is Zoojoobe helping you with that?
Every year, I used to make a lot of resolutions/goals during the new year, but down the line, the resolutions used to drain off. Zoojoobe has helped me a lot in keeping my resolutions up and running by having a simple effective system in achieving my resolutions.
