I do anything that keeps me lively. It could be as simple as playing a game. I would take a break and travel often with friends when I’m bored with the regular routine.



2. What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance? (Hobbies/ Mindfulness practices etc). Anything that works for you and why?


I often go for a jog in the morning and at times play volleyball/carom for half an hour in the office to get refreshed.



3. What are your health goals? How has Zoojoobe helped you with your health and wellness goals so far?

Staying Fit or having good health is the most important thing one should be concerned about. So, I just make health goals on zoojoobe and achieve them when I get free time like going for a walk. The articles related to health/food practices of Zoojoobe helps me.
