    My healhy recommendation about a habit would be : Get up early, start your day fresh and energetic.

     Yes. If you are healthy, you can achieve whatever you want in life.

     Listening to music and playing with my kids.

    My health and fitness goals for the next 6 months include reducing 10 kgs.
