      1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

Doing Yoga & Yogasanas is something I can recommend everybody.

2. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

Yes, being healthy is as important as being happy. Because, without good health, you cannot enjoy the happiness.

3. What is your favorite stress buster?

Doing yoga is my favorite stress buster.

      4. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

Currently, my workout schedule is not planned. But, soon I would plan to make my workouts more regular and would like to get fitter and healthier in the next 6 months.

5. How is helping you in your daily life?         

It has been an eye opener. is helping me to form and maintain healthy habits. It has brought a discipline to my life.
