In this interview, we are glad to feature Smeetha Kulkarni, an inspirational individual, and a fitness enthusiast from Mindtree.

  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

       I don’t use the elevator at home, where I stay on the 2nd floor. Also, I don’t use the elevator at the office. I make it a point that I climb 5 floors every day. This is one habit i can recommend anyone.

  1. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

    Being healthy is a must if I see myself I feel happy. Because being healthy keeps me happy and smiling.

3. What is your favorite stress buster?

  I listen to my favorite songs, I sip hot water whenever I lose my temper. It helps me ease back to normalcy. And at times, I chat with my colleagues. I wish to see smiling faces everywhere.

4. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

Running is my hobby and I want to keep it as regular as possible, which would be my health goal for the next 6 months.
