  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

           Always try to have healthy, homemade food and avoid the                     consumption of junk food. This is something I can recommend               everybody.

  1. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

 Yes, certainly. If you stay healthy, you can inspire your family, your friends, and your colleagues. If I can do that, it will make me happy. So, being healthy and being happy are equally important.

  1. What is your favorite stress buster?

   Listening good and melodious music is my favourite stress buster.

  1. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

               I wish to continue my early morning workouts without                            skipping them. This can help me maintain my ideal body                         weight.

  1. How is helping you in your daily life?

 It has been very helpful. From the blogs on fitness and diet to   mindfulness and meditation techniques, has been a life changer. It is very user friendly too.
