I am fairly active person and have worked on my fitness very hard in last 24 months to attain a healthy lifestyle. Now active lifestyle has become a way of life.
- What in your opinion is the idea of healthy mind and healthy body?
I spend few minutes everyday mediating apart from the running and gym work out . Health is physiological and not just body, Healthy brain is equally important and a must for modern lifestyle
- What is your take on work-life balance? How do you find the balance?
I try and dedicate around 2-3 hrs. everyday to workout.

Yes, I have found Mindfulness section very helpful, As I am already quite conscious about my workouts. All the audios are very good, we can improve the user experience by allowing locking of phone device while listening.
