  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

      Going for a walk every morning is a habit which I would recommend everyone.

    2. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

               Yes. Being healthy and being happy are equally important. Because, the endorphins that are released post a good work-out session induce a feeling of happiness inside you. This shows us that health and happiness go hand in hand.

    3. What is your favorite stress buster?         

    Cooking and cleaning the house are my favourite stress busters.

    4. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

    My health and fitness goals are to manage my weight and to maintain my BMI.

    5. How is helping you in your daily life?                    

    One important way in which has helped me is keeping me disciplined in my everyday activities.
