1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to                            others?

Eat healthily and drink 2-4 liters of water every day. This is the healthy habit that I can recommend to everyone.

  1. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

    Yes, health and happiness are equally important. For example, after working out, we feel happy because of the endorphins (the feel good hormones) that are released by our body post the workout.

  2. What is your favorite stress buster?

    Journaling every day is my favorite stress buster.

  3. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

    Burning any unnecessary fat and building a muscular frame is my fitness goal for the next 6 months.

  4. How is helping you in your daily life?

    Tips from about health, habits, and diet are very helpful in my daily life.
