  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

I can recommend others to exercise and drink water regularly.

  1. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

Of course yes. You are able to spread happiness only when you are healthy. Health and Happiness go hand in hand.

  1. What is your favorite stress buster?

    Classical music and any sport that I play with my kids busts my stress.

  2. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

    I am a passionate trekker. Probably in next the 6 months or a year, I have a plan to trek the Himalayas. So I have to prepare myself for this challenge.

    Zoojoobe’s regular schedules to drink water, daily health tips and life hacks keep me on track for my health goals. I get information on diet and nutrition. I get to attend workshops on self-defense, Zumba, and Dance. I got to take up a wellness challenge where we walk and record our steps.       Every day I made sure that I walked more than 10,000 steps. So, zoojoobe is my perfect health partner.
