  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

    I recommend others to drink more water every day as it cleanses the system from the inside and helps you stay hydrated.

  2. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

    Yes, staying healthy means staying happy. Health ensures happiness.

  3. What is your favorite stress buster?

    Meditation, if we will include meditation in our daily lives, we can all stay stress-free.

  4. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

    I would like to do Zumba, yoga, and meditation regularly for the next six months. I would also like to regulate my sleep cycle and get back to my healthy lifestyle.

  5. How is zoojoo.be helping you in your daily life?

    Zoojoobe is helping me in ways more than one. It has helped me to create and maintain new, easy habits that can take care of my health and fitness.
