  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to others?

    Have a healthy diet, exercise daily, go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. This would be my advice to anyone who wants to be healthy.

  2. Do you feel being healthy is as important as being happy? Why?

    Our Physical and mental health are deeply connected. When we have a healthy mind and body, we ultimately feel happy.

  3. What is your favorite stress buster?

    Praying to God, Exercise and Deep Breathing are my stress busters.

  4. What are your health and fitness goals for the next 6 months?

    For me, health and fitness are not hobbies. They are my lifestyle which is not only meant to achieve but also to be maintained.

  5. How is helping you in your daily life?
    It helps me keep motivated and do things so that I may check and update that I that I have done something healthy today.
