    I am an energetic and a nature loving person.

  1. What are your health and fitness plans for 2018? 

       I  would like to continue my every day habit of 30 minute fitness routine without fail.

  1. Do you think mental health is as important as physical health? Why? 

     Yes. Because mind, body, and soul are equally important for an overall  healthier living.

  1. What is your one healthy habit that you can recommend to your friends and colleagues? 

    Stick to a regular 30 minute exercise or walk is something I can recommend others.

  1. How is zoojoobe helping you with your health and wellness goals? What can we do better? 

     The mindfulness foundation and energizer courses are mind-blowing. Zoojoobe has helped me a lot to reduce stress and form healthy habits with ease.
