1. Tell us a few interesting things about yourself.

A few interesting things about me are: I am a quiet person and an introvert. I like to watch cartoons, sports,  and superhero movies.

2. What in your opinion is the healthiest habit you possess?

According to me, the healthiest habit I possess is, I take care of my diet..as most of the time I work at night shifts, it is important to eat healthily. I avoid junk food at night.

 

3. What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share?

Avoid junk foods during night, if possible avoid tea/coffee. Try and do chair yoga. I try my best to follow all this. These activities keep me balanced in my life.

Zoojoobe’s Desktop Group Activities and webinars are doing awesome. No suggestions so far.

5. What are your goals for the year 2018?

Goals are to take care of myself and my Family. And I wish to be healthy and keep my family healthy too.
