I do the gym daily.

My healthiest habit is to eat less at night.
3. What is your take on work-life balance? Do you have any tips to share?
Always do stretching exercises in the morning and take small breaks while working. These will enhance the level of concentration and your output in anything that you do.
4. What are your health goals?
My health goals are to stay fit and eat healthily. I don’t over-eat.
5. How are you liking the Zoojoobe experience so far?
The habit reminders keep me focused on my goals, and meditation sessions are awesome. I am taking a session everyday in the morning. It has taught me how to stay focused when the mind is constantly affected by distracting thoughts.
